Gutting Your Gutters

Is your mind in the gutter?  At least a couple of times a year, it should be!

Keeping your home’s gutters clean is one of the most important precautions you can take to avoid expensive home repairs.

Gutters perform one duty: controlling the water around your home. If your gutters are clogged with leaves, twigs or other debris, it’s hard for them to do their job: keeping rainwater out of where it shouldn’t be! Wet basements and cracked foundation walls are expensive problems to fix.

Other problems from blocked gutters include:

  • Roof leaks
  • Slippery sidewalks
  • Cracked driveways
  • Landscape washout
  • Rotting wood and the pests that love it

Avoid unnecessary, expensive and inconvenient home repairs. If you can’t or don’t want to clean your gutters yourself, Craig can take care of it for you.  Give him a call at 814-409-8773.  He’s got a very tall ladder and zero fear of heights!

And yes, that's a client's actual gutter, not a flower box. Yikes!
